A GREAT URBAN guesthouse
A Family Story
Casa Bonhomía is founded by family Netze. A Dutch family looking for a new business, a vibrant home and a relaxed way of living. The search took a few years and the journey began in the old town of Vejer de la Frontera. A charming town with whitewashed houses, walls covered in flower pots, a dazzling town square, friendly locals and brilliant food.
The guesthouse embraces the history of the building from high ceilings to french windows, double doors and original beams. The 6 spacious and light rooms breath various attitudes. The eclectic interior is carefully curated with a cosmopolitan vibe to make you feel at home in the family home. An oasis of peace and calm in the old town of Vejer de la Frontera.
Heritage
Casa Bonhomía is a guesthouse set up in a classical building from 1860 and local gossip claims that it once belonged to the Domecq sherry-producing family. The building is centered around two patios of which one was originally used as an entrance for horses and mules.

For the guests to fully relax and unwind from everyday worries we offer a swoon-worthy roof terrace with a stunning view. Gazing out over the Vejer de la Frontera skyline equals Spanish paradise. The cosy lounge corners consisting of a variety of seating will keep you comfy from day-to-night. You might even see the coast of Morocco.
Interior Design
Daughter Valerie - Studio Valerie - is responsible for the interior design. Her aim was to blend the warmth of a family house with eclectic design. As a result graphic elements are combined with a bright colour palette, natural materials, Spanish tiles and sleek interior.
ps. Why Casa Bonhomía? The word Bonhomía derives from the French words Bonne Homme and emphasizes the unity of simplicity and goodness in character and behavior. A family value and exactly the energy we would like to express and attract.
